Psalms 9

1.(To the chief Musician upon Muthlabben, A Psalm of David.) I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.
2. I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.

Biography

I am a proud mother of 2 children a boy Ethan and a girl Serena. I am an active member in my church where I lead the Sabbath School and Women's Ministries department. I am also a member of the media team.
In my role as a qualified Special Needs and Disabilities Coordinator, Teacher of Health and Social Care, and English.
In my different roles within schools, I have been a deputy head teacher and an assistant headteacher.
I have worked as the SENDCo in mainstream and SEND Specialist Settings; Autism, SEMH Therapeutic, and cognition and Learning.
I see myself as the conductor, the strategist, and the coach for my schools.
As the conductor, I ensued that all stakeholders; parents, pupils, teachers, outside agencies; schools, and business partners, are aware of 'the big picture’ and how they contribute to the success of that big picture, for example, I held parent homework evening to help them understand how to help their children at home.
As the strategist, I was open to new ideas, thinking ahead, and courageous in my aspirations to always be the best. For example, I had staff members decide on the physical layout of the sensory room.
As the coach, I develop people, building strong teams and leadership that empowers them.

My invitation to all who have had and will have the privilege of working with me is 'Let us do it together'.
