What is your Anchor?

What is your Anchor?

If you see someone falling behind, walk beside them
If you see someone being ignored, find a way to include them
Always remind people of their worth.
One small act could mean the work to them

'Trust in Him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us' (Psalm 62:8).

We must trust God when we can see and when we can't see the end result, by faith. It is important to our salvation to trust in the Lord and place our confidence in Him.
God’s love is amazing! He loves us unconditionally. He revealed His love for us through the death of his Son, Jesus Christ. Therefore, it behoves us to reveal ourselves to Him, laying ourselves bare before Him.

The Lord cannot be burdened and is never tired of us coming to Him, so let us hide nothing from him, because He sees and knows everything.

This is not a time to lose focus, you’ve come too far from where you started

What is life
It is a mist that appears for a little while
Then vanishes away
We are all born to die
Yet we live as though we are invincible

Refusing to understand it
And prepare for it
The way we we die, is more important than the fact that qe will die.

You cannot influence death
But it is your duty to choose how you live your life

Choose your cause and course and how you will prepare for the next life hopefully with Christ Jesus

Hebrews 9:27 -King James Version
"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment"

"Is not this a potential danger for us all, getting discouraged because of trials, and thus falling away?"
" focus on the strong words of encouragement that Jesus provides for us."

Jesus, The Anchor Of The Soul

"Jesus’ presence before the Father is the “anchor of the soul” (Heb. 6:19), which has been fastened to the throne of God. The honor of God’s rule has been waged on the fulfillment of His promise to us through Jesus. What more assurance do we need?"

"“The warfare against self is the greatest battle that was ever fought. The yielding of self, surrendering all to the will of God, requires a struggle; but the soul must submit to God before it can be renewed in holiness.”—Ellen G. White, Steps to Christ, p. 43."
