His secret was that you need to tap into this extra power resource that is offered freely to you by your Creator God
Are you having anxiety attacks, Depression from all angles
Find groups to showcase your talents
Show the youth that we believe in them- give them responsibility
His sister with tears said: You never gave up on me brother !!

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Develop an attitude to know God. In all things give thanks !!
