And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels.

There was a story that stood out for me some months ago. The scene was set in the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago.

Let me set the background for you.
Background
First colonized by the Spanish, the islands came under British control in the early 19th century. The islands' sugar industry was hurt by the emancipation of the slaves in 1834. Manpower was replaced with the importation of contract laborers from India between 1845 and 1917, which boosted sugar production as well as the cocoa industry. The discovery of oil on Trinidad in 1910 added another important export. Independence was attained in 1962. The country is one of the most prosperous in the Caribbean thanks largely to petroleum and natural gas production and processing.

Trinidad and Tobago gained its independence from the United Kingdom on 31 August 1962. Elizabeth II remained head of state as Queen of Trinidad and Tobago, represented locally by Governor-General Solomon Hochoy.
Between the years 1972 and 1983, the country profited greatly from the rising price of oil and the discovery of vast new oil deposits in its territorial waters, resulting in an economic boom that substantially increased living standards.

Trinidad and Tobago is a republic with a two-party system and a bicameral parliamentary system based on the Westminster System

The truth and reality of the situation is:

Everyone wants a piece of Trinidad and Tobago:
The French, the British, The Americans
Because they want to exploit its Natural resources
petroleum, natural gas, asphalt

Families in distress as 4 underwater divers still stuck in pipe

The incident occurred at around 3pm on Friday (25 February, 2022) and, according to local press, relatives of the missing men have accused the oil company and emergency services of dragging their feet over the subsequent rescue operation.
Christopher Boodram lived because he was the last man to be pulled into the darkness of the undersea pipeline.
And also because rescuers, disregarding orders from “officials” to stay away from the site, went down to get him.
What Boodram endured, and what he heard before he made it out three hours later, his family now fears for his mental health.
Boodram spent those hours dragging himself along inside the crude oil-coated 36-inch wide pipeline, pushed along by one of the men.
That man did not make it.
From his hospital bed, Boodram told relatives that as they tried to stay alive in the toxic air pockets at the top of the flooded pipeline, he called on the others to pray to God, and that Jesus would be their Saviour.
The last thing he heard before he got out were their screams.

The good news is that Christ entered the battlefield. He met Satan head-on. He won the war on a bloody cross. In Christ victory is certain!

One day the war will be over!!
