It's an act of self healing and empowerment
How we react to what happens to us, is important
It's not really what happens to us. When we forgive, we need the power of the Holy Spirit to forget it
As we are emotionally imprisoned

An unmet expectation is the breeding ground for offences in relationships
Sometimes men say things that they don’t think about and it caused an offense
You don’t have you accept your default attitude to anything
The law of diminishing returns
Its gets you high for a minute
I hate the double minded
I’d rather make a bad decision than make no decision at all
I hate procrastination
I hate the pain that comes with procrastination
